Cacao Ceremony, meditation, dance & autumn ritual

The theme this time will be preparations for the autumn, planting of inner seeds and healing our hearts.

Women are wisdom keepers. Our natural state is to be connected with the rhythms of life. Deep inside we all have this connection.

A ceremony is a space to reconnect and remember this inner wisdom.

Together we form the container in our circle. 

We use silence, meditation, conscious meditative dance/movement, resting, essential scents and sharing.

And the whole process is facilitated by a cacao ritual and a autumn ritual to cleanse, let go celebrate harvest.

More about Unni:
Unni is a warm and sensitive facilitator. She grew up in Tromsø, but has lived most of her adult life in Oslo or around the world. Since the year 2000, she has been on a deeply transformative journey, both personally and professionally. She works full time with dance, meditation and human development, and has been invited to teach in several countries in Eastern, Southern, Central and Northern Europe, as well as South Africa and Bali.
Bringing people together to support our deeper life journey is her greatest passion.

 

More about the cacao:

We use cacao from Keiths cacao. This is the original ceremonial cacao from Guatemala.

Natural cacao has ingredients that provide a mild neuroactive effect, and it has an opening effect on the heart / blood circulation in the body.
If you have heart problems or are pregnant, we ask you not to drink a whole cup, but maybe just taste, and in that way establish a relationship with the cacao. The same is true if you are on antidepressants. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about this.

I use oat milk with the cacao.
