An invitation to awaken what is ready to grow

Seeds of Light is a 1,5-day biodanza workshop that invites you to reconnect with your inner source of vitality, tenderness, and creative force. Like seeds resting in the soil, each of us carries light, potential, and unique gifts waiting for the right conditions to emerge. Perception of light energy and of matter will merge into one.

I often play with the words essence & sensual.  I put them together, and they become the new word: ESSENSUAL!

In this leys bio-cosmic intelligence and wisdom of our higher nature. This means that this workshop has a strong spiritual tone as well as a sensory one - living consciousness.

The workshop consists of three vivencias: two vivencias on Saturday one vivencia on Sunday.

Each vivencia builds upon the previous one, guiding a process from inner connection to embodied expression - as we in biodanza call visceral knowing.
