It is with great joy that I invite you to a full weekend at Dharma Mountain.

We live in a time where we are all invited to wake up; to connect again with the matrix of life, to experience life as life and not as an image of what life is; to love and be loved, and to strengthen inside of us what we want to see more of in the world. 

In our core we all have an inner wise man/woman connected to our intuition; a part of us that can vission beyond the structures, a part of us that is eternal, a part of us guided by love. This part of us can archetypically be called or our Inner Shaman or Inner Healer.

Two of the essential qualities guiding us into this knowing is ecstasy (fusion with the surroundings) and intacy (deep inner connection).

During this retreat we will connect with life in its essence, and with ourselves and others as wild and sacred being. Most of the sessions will be inside with music, and we will also include the nature around us for one session. 

Ceremonies and rituals have a central place in biodanza & neo-shamanism. We will welcome the elements, the directions, life energy and the sacredness at the very heart of our being.

Who can join:

This retreat is for those of you that already is familiar with biodanza in either weekly classes or in at least one workshop/retreat before. It is for you that feels the calling to connect deeper to the mystery of life and the primordial/ancestral/eternal wisdom. You need to be in psychological stable health, and able to contain yourself and your process. You also need to be drug free.

Number of participants: Minimum 15 participants, max 40. 

Where:

The retreat takes place in the middle of wild nature with mountains, rivers, trees, fresh air and clean snow. The beautiful www.dharmamountain.com in Hedalen in Valdres as our venue for the retreat.

Here you will enjoy delicious, simple food, hosted by warm and caring staff. The place itself invites for inner connection, rest, harmony and peace.

How to get there:

The venue (Dharma Mountain) is located about 2 hour's drive south-west of Oslo. 

You can go by car or by bus.

About the accommodation:
You will sleep in holiday cottage. Each cottage has two or three bedrooms, one loft, as well as living room and kitchen. 

Each bedroom has two beds (picture 1) There will be two persons in each room unless you book for single room.

Each cottage also has one hems/loft (picture 2) with space for one person.

If you pay for shared room, you can also choose to sleep on the loft in the cabin (mattress on the floor) One pr loft, in each cabin.

 

Teaching language:
The classes are given in English only. In case we will only be Norwegian speaking participants, we will use Norwegian. 

Prices and payment: 

Fee for the workshop session: 

Early bird Participation fee for the workshop: 1450 NOK* 
NB! After 1 September the workshop fee price goes up 600 NOK

In addition to the workshop fee, you need to choose your accommodation choice as described here below:

Fee for food, accommodation and organisational costs: 
3840 NOK pr person with single room accommodation
3210NOK pr person with double room accommodation
2660 NOK pr person when sleeping in your own tent

 You need to have paid the deposit by 1 September to get Early Bird price.

To reserve your place, you need to pay a deposit of 500 NOK (when booking double room or tent option) or 800 (when booking single room option). 

All deposits are non-refundable*
* Unless if we need to cancel because of national restrictions and rules, everything will be paid back.

The rest of the payment must be paid by 28 September (or agreed on a later date if needed).We send you a link for this transaction. 

Registration deadline Friday 27 September. After this date we have only a minimum of more places and it will not be possible to order special food (lactose free, gruten free, vegan), so please sign up before this date!

What is included in the fee?

- Accommodation for 2 nights (as option you have booked)
- Cleaning of the cottage on departure
- Hot evening meal on the arrival day
- Breakfast, hot lunch and evening meal on Saturday
- Breakfast and hot lunch on Sunday
- Coffee and tea during the breaks

 Dharma mountain offers homemade cooking with pesco-vegetarian food. They offer 3 types of adaptations for special needs. That is gluten free, lactose free and vegan option. These adaptations need to be ordered before September 27. Other special adaptations are not possible.

About the teacher:

All sessions will be given by Unni Heim.

Unni is the director of The Rolando Toro School for Biodanza – Norway, and the founder of Biodanza in Norway.

Unni is a warm and sensitive facilitator. She grew up in Tromsø, but has lived most of her adult life in Oslo or around the world. Since the year 2000, she has been on a deeply transformative journey, both personally and professionally. She works full time with dance, meditation, ceremonies and human development, and has been invited to teach in several countries in Eastern, Southern, Central and Northern Europe, as well as South Africa and Bali.

She startet teaching biodanza in 2006, and has also been teaching biodanza & neo-shamanism many years and is the only biodanza facilitator on Norway being trained and teaching within this modality of biodanza.
Bringing people together to support our deeper life journey and inner process is her greatest passion.
